Site under attack from an extremist

In the last few days the site has been subject to a barrage of posts from an indivdual that are designed to incite racial hatred.

They originally signed onto the forums on the 27 july as

DIGENIS-ACRITAS

This persons posts were in breach of the forum rules and were quarantined, as per the forum rules. Within a day they had reached the automatic 1 week ban level of 10 quarantined posts.

However having been banned as DIGENIS-ACRITAS for one week they could nto 'wait' this week to start spreading their hatred again so they signed up under a new user name on the 28th July as

This user was banned and their posts removed. They then signed up again on the 29th July as

Standingupfortruth

This user was banned and their posts removed. They then signed up again on the 30th July as

This user was banned and their posts removed. They then signed up again on the 2 Aug as

Enough is enough. This person is now permanently banned from the forum (pending confirmation of this from the full mod /admin team).

They will be blocked from siging up under new names from now on.

They have broken the forum rules.
They have broken the terms of service from their ISP.
They quite possibly have comited criminal acts under UK law (where they are posting from).

Any futher attempts by them to use this forum as a medium through whihc they spread their bile and hatred will result in me persuing this matter with both their UK ISP and the UK police.

They may think they are annonymous on the internet and thus can act in any way they like, ignoring rules and laws with impunity. They are in fact totaly worng about this. I have full logs of where and when they have posted from and thier ISP can in turn, turn this information into a name and address.

My message to DIGENIS-ACRITAS is stay away from this site from now on or suffer the consequences of your actions. Your presense here will no longer be tollerated and I will use every means possible to persue you and your ISP if you do not stay away.

Digenis must not forget that the internet does not provide complete anonimity, and protection from persecution. His racist statemetns can be the cause of legal persecution against his person in the United States, and most European countries, including the United Kingodm.
