Recent problems with index.php

Just to let you all know

Sometime last night / early this morning the main index page of the forum (www.takcyprus.org/forum/index.php) stopped working and was producing an error after a long time out.

I have finally determined that the problem, despite the totaly misleading error messages, was in fact relted to the modification of the forum that lists who is curently in the forum chat room. This mod uses a script on an external site (blitzed.org who host the irc chat room). This script basically returns the users of a particular chat room to the index.php page so it can disply them at the bottom of the page. This script on blitzed.org is currently not working and it is this failure that caused the index.php page to alos fail and then (unfortunately) report a very misleading error message not realted to the problem at all. Whihc is why it has taken so long to resolve the issue.

Anyway I have simply commented out all references to the non working blitzed.org script in the forums index.php page and the page is now working again. However untill the blitzed.org script is functioning again we will not have the list of users that are in the chat room displaying on this page.
