Heard a rumour that Tpaps law firm acted on behalf of Milosevic in Cyprus to help with his finance. Could it be true??

Papadopoulos law firm undertook only the initial task of writing their constitution and registering those companies with the offshore companies’ registrar of the Republic of Cyprus. After that, however Milosevic was managing those companies and what kind of transactions he was doing, it was not part of Papadopoulos firm's job or duty to control or decide. Papadopoulos firm was not a management company for Milosevic’s company activities, nor it was /is the job of a law firm to have done so!

I am so surprised to see rich Eastern Europeans performing dodgey dealings in Cyprus.

Can the Cyprus government confiscate this money?

It's difficult for me to believe that Milo took all that money to the grave. It makes more sense that he probably revealed the location of the monies to one of his offsprings. If Tpap did help Milo with all that money, it does not surprise me as Serbia and Cyprus get along quite well. Don't forget that Cyprus is a money laundering haven for Russia as well.

First, when Milosevic (his appointees) initially registered those companies in Cyprus, he was not on the wanted list of the international community for anything, nor there was an issue against him or those that appeared on his behalf in Cyprus and established those companies, for illegally outsourcing Yugoslavian money out of the country.

Now it is too late, because those money that was circulated through his companies and bank accounts in Cyprus, is not in Cyprus anymore. It had gone even before he was accused of those scandals. This is what the international inspectors verified when they visited Cyprus for inspections, and absolutely nothing was kept hidden from them. Any records they asked to be shown to them, they were shown to them!

Tassos Papadopoulos himself met with the mass murderer Milosevic in
Belgrade at the start of the war in Kosovo in 1999. This was four years
after the massacre at Srebrenica.
