everyday since i left greek school, my greek has slowly deteriorated....since my yiayia(gran) has been home, its stabilised/got a bit better...but when i go back to uni...i can see it happening again

actually ,without being a greek teacher, it could even be that the sentence is wrong itself.

therefoe the sentence should have been
katalaveneis oti lene sto radio ?
the translation would then be
do you understand what (they) say on the radio ?

"what is said" would be : "oti legetai" if i am not mistaken. but thats already kind of complecated Wink

a greek teacher would be helpful here...
