Hey guys,
i was wondering if anyone else has had a run in with them over their i-choice service they always claim is 'faultless' but yet delivers speeds in rural areas equivalent of 56k during peak hours?
Honestly its getting stupid...
Dont even get me started.
ANYONE???? |

CyTA runs theirs tests and it does give faultless results to them.
The tests they run are on voicelines which uses a lower frequency to ADSL. Voiceline tests will not pick up anthing that will affect ADSL connections, things like Bridge Taps, Background noise etc.
Their copper pairs that they use can be as old as 30-35 years old, dirty and decaying, so signal quality will not be anywhere near what it should be. |
