I am NOT talking about the hard stick, i am talking about the soft bread 'loaf'. If anybody notices that on the crust there are 3 types of seeds.

One is the white sesame seeds, the other is a brown sesame seed. The third is a different brown/black seed. It is very sweet if you bite into it.

What is it called and where can i buy it??

Urm... I'm not too sure Crash Test Dummy, sorry! Although no matter what seeds they use, it is the tastiest bread around, that's for sure!!!!!! Very Happy

simit is now available in London! Smile i am assuming that it is similar to koulouri. visit Simithane at 6 Stoke Newington High St opp. police station (!)
