I have been reading your efforts to apply to Immovable Property Commsision here.

It seems to me it is better for you to obatin the legal advice of a lawyer. In any case I assume you and/or your lawyer will have to make the application in person in Nicosia since the idea of e-goverment is non-existent in north Cyprus. So If I were you when next time you are in Cyprus just hop in to your car croos to the north side and find yoruself a lawyer and apply in person instead of trying to get information over the internet. If you do not trust Turkish Cypriot lawyers there are even some Maronite laywers who still practice law in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus sine they have not moved to south after 1974.

CANT HELP BUT THINK THAT THE Republic of Cyprus BUYING UP THE Greek Cypriots TITLE DEEDS FOR THE NORTH IS BAD NEWS ALREADY???

I mean they have more power now as they are buying all the TITLE DEEDS for land and properties in the North I think they would buy them all if they had the funding!!

I can see this leading to real political and legal problems in the future!!

Also how would it sit if the Greek Cypriots government took hundreds or thousands of title deeds to the ECHR and slammed them on their desk- what would happen????

I mean it sounds like the Republic of Cyprus are being ruthless and think their clever here think about it- THEY DONT WANT TO NEGOTIATE OR SETTLE ANYTHING WITH Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, THEY WONT ACKNOWLEDGE OR USE THE PROPERTY COMMISION AND WANT TO CONTROL THE WHOLE ISLAND- SO IMSTEAD THEY ARE BUYING IT OFF THE Greek Cypriots AND INCREASING THE AMMOUNT OF LAND THAT THEY ACTUALLY OWN IN CYPRUS!!!
THEREFORE INCREASING THEOR LAND MASS OWNERSHIP ALONG WITH THEIR LEGAL RIGHTS OVER LAND AND PROPERTY IN THE NORTH!!

Mind you thats just my opinion but when you think about it it does make sense and these guys in Republic of Cyprus are EXTREMELY DEVIOUS DONT FORGET-SO I WOULDNT PUT IT PAST THEM!!!

I agree with what you say BUT what about the people who lost their legally owned ancestral land?
Don't they have any human rights? Don't they deserve some justice?
This Cyprus land problem would of been solved years ago IF the refugees where offered something for their land NOT peanuts or Promises:
BUT no one came up with any money!
All they said is wait and you will return HOME!:
In the meantime the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus calved up Greek Cypriot Land and gave it away and sold it for peanuts specially to the POMS so that the Poms would eventually back the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in any problems they had with the Republic of Cyprus!
The real issue is that the UN had 5 main resolutions on Turkey, specially when they did the second offense during the agreed UN cease fire that have been swept under the table!
The problem refugees face like myself is that we have to try and get common sense out of corrupt thieving fire like Denktash and his mate in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and also try to face our OWN corrupt bastards in the Republic of Cyprus all at the same time!
So every dog has made money out of the misfortunes of others!
How many Poms do you know Dawn in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus who has build on Greek Cypriot land and say " WHO gives a shit!" We have the Turkish army backing us!

Well maybe BUT the UN and the EU may see it differently!
Also I have one more question?
Why don't the Poms buy up Turkish Cypriot land in the North!

They cant afford it!
