Chapfallen, I believe you have clear understanding of the issue. I can only disagree with one thing, the thing you call impossible and wishful thinking, the thing that I believe will assure the sustainability of a Cypriot identity that is inclusive, having a Right of Return, and a demonstration of our Humanity, the repopulation of the island where, on both sides of what is now two parts, enclaves are made to provide to at least some, homes, where they are communities. Free Movement, Free Association, and Expression, as a majority or as a minority in either community, in any of the parts which make each's zone, equal as citizens, having one vote in a National Assembly. and three votes in a bicameral legislature, of the State, the Republic of Cyprus: an Independant Representative in the Lower House, and one Turkish Representative, and one Greek Representative in an Upper House whose seats are evenly divided, so that a leader, Turcophone or "Greek" gains power by winning for their Party the greatest number of these seats.

...and yes, I too have suggested that English be the Primary language of the Republic, assuring trilingualarity, and as a result, putting Greek and Turkish on an equal footing.

Your cause is well-intentioned and if it was possible I would prefer such a solution (the enclaves multi circuit one and only because of the borders that it will not look like the Taksim, because such a solution will be the same as the Anan plan in all other aspects) but even if we found another one chance to solve the problem by the help of the foreigners (and only then) after 20 years (at least) the multi circuit will not be acceptable from any side because we are speaking for at least a 25% of the ground that it will be in Turkish Cypriot’s authority and such a thing is not negotiable in a federation of it’s kind. Of course we are speaking hypothetically because the Cyprus problem is already solved and even if we go back to 74 or back to a Multi Circuit Federation in Anan Plan, the result would be the same, because unfortunately there is not such a thing as Cyprotism and no one in every side is interested to explain to the people our options and our responsibility. Beside the impossible to implement by my opinion (like is impossible to go back to Zurich, that because of Makarios was never existed) we have all ready agreed in the form of the solution that will be BBF or there is no solution and my opinion, like I’ve said, the Cyprus problem is already solved and the solution is half Cyprus to Turkey and the other half to everyone else that it’s possible to have more than 200 000(I could say an ever bigger number) Turks and Turkish Cypriot’s and by my opinion the Anan plan is a lost opportunity that is impossible to come back and with it I support what the BBF solution is also dead and what now we are looking for a clear confederation.
