Please let me know if there is a political party in Cyprus with both Greek Cypriot & Turkish Cypriot in it?
IF NOT WHY NOT?
This would send a shiver down Denktash, Clerides and others in Cyprus!
I am sure that Greece and Turkey wouldn't be happy either!
cheers
PS The Poms who bought stolen Greek Cypriot land in the North for peanuts would be shitting bricks as well: |

I think the last party that had that, at least on a meaningful level was AKEL, but unfortunately the TMT took care of that.

The last Turkish Cypriot to be a member of the central committee of AKEL, Derviş Ali Kavazoğlu was killed by TMT in 1965. |

With the Grey Mongrels running loose in the occupied areas, I guess T/Cs have good reason not to feel secure about joining parties operating in the government controlled areas.
After all, shooting politicans and journalists seems to be a seasonal sport in Turkey. |

even though ibrahim aziz, wrote a very interesting article some time ago, and it seems that akel was neither happy with dervis nor did they really support his actions. |

You got it wrong, brother! It wasn't ASALA, it was the "noble", EOKA "freedom fighters". You know those who terrorized Turkish Cypriot civilians for years and ran away like chicken with the first Turkish soldiers on the island in 1974. Yeah those...they got medals for that too from T-Pap recently, can you believe it? |

So Boys in other words WE are OUR own worst enemy?
Also I don't think it would matter even today:
Imagine if someone made a political party against TPapa/Clerides and Talat/Denktash?
How long would they last?
Do you really think most corrupt Cypriot politicians and Religious leader would agree to a mixed political party in Cyprus?
I wish I was living in Cyprus I would make one and see what reaction there would be BUT having said that I would need body guards and also a bullet proof vest!
I know the EU would do Back flips and be all for it BUT I am not sure what Turkey and Greece would do?
cheers |

1) ASALA was not a terrorist organization. ASALA was a counter-terrorist organization, opposed to the Terrorist state of Turkey.
2) Those were not diplomats, they were genocidal maniacs and were taken into God's grace for their sins to be redeemed. Don't worry.. more to come!!!!
3) Your Turkish 'diplomat' churning machine seems to be spewing forth the kind by the dozen. I'm sure you won't miss a couple of missing heads. |

Turkey is a recognised state hence what you say is incorrect and ASALA is a recognised by the UN as a terrorist organisation responsible for the deaths of many turkish citizens like the wives and children of turkish diplomats and of course the diplomats.
These are facts that you can try and dispute but can't where as you above statements are just 'wishful thinking' at best and are NOT true wether you like it or not.

You really are a diluted sicko. It's better to let people think that you're the village idiot rather than to speak and remove all doubt.
Keep them coming. I haven't been so amused in a long while. BTW I like your screen name. It fits your posts. |

Eoka the organisation fought the mighty british empire in order to try and impose an purely hellenic future after the end of British rule. Once the mighty British had left Cyprus those SAME people still sought to illegaly impose a purely hellenic future on Cyprus, using illegal violence and force against a smaller community of Cypriots that opposed it. Heros like Yorjardis who from the safety of his position as interior minister recruited, controlled and sent out armed illegal ethnic based irregulars to perpetrate ethnic based violence and murder against innocent Cypriots.

I am not aware that Talat has given a medal to anyone since he came to power. Do you have any evidence that he has done so or are you just ranting ? |

Erol, how dare you? They were democracy fighters!?! Noone told you that before? They were fighting for "democratic" wishes of the Cypriot nation at that time and of course along the way, they had to clear some of those nasty Turkish "rebels". I thought you would know that by now but I guess not.... |

| They were Terrorists , that is not my view but the view of the CIA and MI6 but the only people with the stomache to deal with them were Turkey ! and the people of Cyprus should always remember that if Turkey had not intervened in this show of inhumane treatment of Turkish and Greek Cypriots when she did there would be many more people Grieving for their loved one's and it is one thing on my mind , If Turkey Had not Intervened when She did Who Else would have been Blamed for the Killing of the Innocent hard working Greek Cypriots who were Murder'd by the Eioka Thug's . Turkey did a big Favour to Greece and the Terrorists of Cyprus because she is the one that get's blamed for ALL the Death's of Every Greek Cypriot |
