I have recently bought a really fantastic Etymological dictionary of the G/C dialect, writen by Dr Constantinos Yiagoullis.

It is called ΘΗΣΑΥΡΟΣ ΚΥΠΡΙΑΚΗΣ ΔΙΑΛΕΚΤΟΥ and is available at most good book shops. I highly recommend it, though it's only available in Greek unfortunately...
