Cyprus hellim/halloumi in Boston!

I was pleasantly surprised last weekend when I found "Halloumi - Fine Grilling Cheese of Cyprus" in a market in Boston. Although I was a little annoyed with "Authentic Greek" label on the packaging, it was still nice to get a taste of home so far away and I want to congratulate fellow Greek Cypriots for their tradesmanship, I guess
