Mmmm... I wonder why that is? I think it's because it's not as well known as other foreign cuisine, like for example, Italian, although how much pasta can you take before realizing that maybe a good souvla would be a better option!!  |

on the issue of english/british food: I saw a TV documentary the other day. It was called 'An adventurous trip to the british cooker' and they filmed a place, like a small take away, where they deep-fried virtually everything (on the guests request). Things like Pizza and even chocolate bars! The latter was put in the usual dough, then deep-fried and served with salt and brown sauce... Sorry, but that must taste  |

yeh, probably was scotland or the norht of england...its a delicacy up there for them to have battered Mars bars...
but we all know they are a bit wierd up north  |
