Why Munich? Well.. I just thought its an ideal strategic placement, in the heart of europe, up in the bavarian highlands. In any case, it will be the symbolic capital as the information and control network of the EE ( European Empire ) will have several nods and hubs spread throughout the Empire as well as overseas ( and in orbit ).
As to who is the Emperor .. I say who cares! The position is of importance and not the person, whoever will be sitting on the throne will be the face of the EE, when actually those in control will be the powerful technocrats, science guilds and trade consortiums. Actually, the Emperor will have to relinquish his birth name, and simply be called The Emperor.
The average European will not preoccupy himself with mundane matters, but instead indulge in the greater discovery of the self inside society, while the sphere of influence of the EE will expand beyond its borders as we attempt to secure the energy sources of the future and the 'Old Continent', once a playground for the so-called 'superpowers', will be the puppet master of the world. |

Do I sense a little bit of Egyptian dream there, what with the "higlands" and "orbit"? I mean going high into the mountains instead of Pyramids to get closer to the stars and orbit? How about building a Pyramid on the Alps to get even higher?

Inspector Jacques Clouseau would make a great Emperor, at least then we could have some fun.

"as we attempt to secure the energy sources of the future"? You mean even as the "puppet master of the world" we are not certain that we will? Damn, just as it was getting interesting you go and spoil the whole thing. I think you need to rewrite that bit there.  |

Once my dream of a recognised Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus becomes a reality who knows, I just might have much bigger dreams like yours. |

well, in my profession I'd say thats one dream with no expiry date. Considering all the conservative additives and artifical colourings ( E3212, E3395, E37/253 etc ) one might not be so surprised. |
