Nothing freaked me out more than when I returned to Cyprus in 2003 and heard a Bangladeshi talk to me in hardcore ruffneck Cypriot Greek lol.

now now let's not be xenophobic...... personally, having grown up in a very multi-cultural environment and continuing to do so.... i find thsoe that have been exposed to numerous cultures while growing up are much much more open-minded, easygoing and receptive than those that have grown in an overly patriotic and closed society....
There's no stopping the way forward, especially now that we're in the EU, whether the immi's like it or not, globalisation and multiculturalism is the future...
Any of those space movies that portray us 1000's of years down the line as just "humans", I don't see that as a bad thing 'specially considering those bid bad aliens would kick our ass in 4 seconds if we were still busy killing ourselves to notice them.... |

| I aint xenophobic...it was just an unexpected shock. When you live with Asians in London all your life and then hear some speak Greek to you, as well as always thinking Cyprus is a place where people emigrate FROM and not TOO...it was a shock lol. |
