I think they are selling the business, not the property.
The property seems to be renting its premises - from who is not clear though.
Still, I see moose's point. This forum member has been advertising meetings for the Home Buyers Pressure Group (if I remember correctly). That group is made up of people who have problems with Turkish Cypriot developers when buying Greek Cypriot property. However, they do not complain about the biggest scam they are victims of... |

The Question that comes to my mind, is whether a "Greek" could buy this business which comes with a lease. (which by the way without an option on the next twenty years after that, makes it too risky for a serious business person)
Speaking cynically, these people are better off with a "Greek" who is a serious business person, either way he will have to negotiate with the owner, and in the long run, more than likely, the rightful owner. |

Are you sure? I could not figure that out from what I've read about that group, even though I tried to find more details. I only understood that its about having problems when buying property. |
