Error at bottom of index.php page

At the bottom of the main index page where it is supposed to list the members on the forum chat site some error code is appearing.

The problem is with the people who provide the chat room servers and their script that provides the list of users to the forum. They are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it asap.

In due course this should start to work properly again.

This is now working again and properly reporting how many users are on chat and who they are.
