Driving Instrustor In Cyprus

Hi ,
i know this has been asked before, but i cant find it ...my boyfriend is a Driving Instructor.. and would like to work in Cyprus. can anybody give us some information as to what he may need,,, he has always been self employed but don't mind working for someone .we will be learning Greek.
don't know who to call to find out...
