I know people are aware of the what the flag proposed in the A plan looks like but the below website provides information on the designer , his name is given and why he chose the colours and what they mean.

Personally i never want to see any blue or red on my flag. It's time we leave the mother countries' skirts and stand alone and together, don't you think?
