I should also point out that the 'clickable' date / time shown above the user name in the 'last post' column does exactly what the icon does in a 'normal' forum. That is take you that last post directly.

For info these changes were made to help us in search engine indexing. The image link is less good that a text one basically, So rather than use the little picture it uses the date in text format, but the location is the same.
