Merkel cannot risk spoiling relations with Turkey

The below link is to n article by Zaman news paper concerning the attitude of the new German chancellor Angela Merkel, who it is claimed in the article would not pursue any further the "priveliged partnership" offer and would not risk spoliling relations with Turkey while Germany is home to 3 million Turks.
