Forum Error?

I went to Submit a post and I got this up.

I tried refresh a few times and I also tried going to other sites. For about 2 minutes the forum kept coming up with this error message.

Anybody else experience this??

Same here. Probably just a glitch. It's obviously up and running again.

Yes, it was down for a couple of minutes. Connection refused.
