The Slovaks afford national minorities the right to use their own language along side Slovak but why cannot Turkish Cypriots who are not a minority in Northern Cyprus do the same for their language? http://www.minelres.lv/NationalLegislation/Slovakia/Slovakia_MinorLang_English.htm
