Galatia a turk cyp village in northern cyprus has the most perculiar accent that I cant understand what they are saying 80% of the time. Even Gaziantep Turkish is easier. Apparently according to my friend, "Keci cikti dama" (The sheep has got up on the roof) means Shall we go out tonight?
Is this really how they speak?
Anybody know anythiung about this, why it is so different?
