This question might sound ridiculous, but...
...Do Turkish people call each other by clapping their lips together, making a "pts pts" kind of noise?
I've heard this a few times while visiting the north, and it really struck me as odd, especially because calling someone like this is considered extremely rude by Greek Cypriots. |

Re, Ive been trying to "clap" my lips together ever since I readthis post. I think perhasps you may a witnessed some symtoms of turette syndrome.
