Bush refered to the iraqi kurdish leader as president.
Quote:

Iraq Kurdistan Democratic Party leader Masoud Barzani has been hosted as “the President of the Kurdistan regional government” by US President George W. Bush at the White House Oval Office Tuesday.

Bush referring to Barzani as “president,” said he was honored to host the “brave man” Barzani.

Iraqi Kurdish Democrat Party leader Barzani was wearing traditional clothing and Bush took this is an indication of Iraq’s freedom. According to the US President, the Kurdish leader helped “very much” in the process of the new constitution and that he has a very open vision on Iraq’s future, in which different religions and histories can live together peacefully.

Barzani responded with praise for the US leader, and referred to Bush as the rescuer of the Iraqi people from a dictator.

If Bush can get some oil he will do whatever he feels is necessary. He would probably try to convince the world that the Moon has weapons of mass destruction if he thought it had oil on it.
