talking about yum yum recipies, what about roast MOOSE!!!
1 lb Salt pork
4 lb Rump moose roast
1 tbl Dry mustard
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 x Sliced onions
2 x Chopped carrots
2 x Chopped celery stalks
2 cup Tomatoes (seeded, chopped & Strained)
eek!!!!
or moose meatloaf......the bastards!!
2 lb ground moose
1 pkt onion soup mix
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt |
