Flats/Maisonettes on Dekhelia Road

Anyone know what the story is with those flats opposite the firebrigade in Larnaka?

I've had my eye on one for a very long time, but no work has been done on them. They are incomplete so far and it doesn't look like they are carrying on with the work.

They do look nice though, looking out of the rear windows, you will be overlooking the beautiful blue sea, with literally 10 seconds walk to the sand. You are also a short walk away from a couple of bars and restaurants. Looking out of the front windows, you get a very clear view of.........erm.........the firebrigade

Anyhow, anyone know what is happening with them? why no work is being carried out on them? if and when they will be finished?

When I was in Cyprus 2-3 months ago I remember seeing them. Near the Galazio Kima.

I'll see if I can gather some info. Don't they have any developers sign or something there so you could simply ring them?

All they have is Buy Sell banners but no developers signs. That wouldn't be a problem but since moving here 14 months ago, I haven't seen anyone doing any work on them or anything which makes me wonder if there is..............

There are banners on some saying "Sold" and others saying "For Sale" but now the area has been fenced of with a great big sign saying "do not enter".

If I call Buy Sell, then they will do all they can to sell it to me to make their sales figures/commision, so I don't trust their judgment.
