Emergence of track 3 activities

Hello,

When did the emergence of the unconventional, track 3-diplomacy activities take place, like the bi-communal choir, the dance groups, and the dialog groups?

... a good question, be patient and someone will help you. it is a little quiet right now but we are quite able.

indeed, dialog is the most important form of social-exchange, in resolving this Problem. As for the Modern Age, for most of it Cypriots were segregated and then kept apart. With the advent of the Information Age, along with the gates which were opened, these changes are relatively recent and not far apart.

there is much hope in this fulcrum for a diplomacy which needs a counter balance. and it is hoped in a country as Socialised as Cyprus, there is the possibility for us to represent ourselves as Great Cooperators, as in the past.

I agree and hope more is to come. My question is during what years do you see the change over from UN mediation to bi-communal activities? Sorry if I was unclear...

...this is not my personal "ideal", but i believe this Solution serves the need for Justice to be demonstrated, and that we are committeted to changing ourselves. As a series of steps it my take many years for its complete realisation.
