Papadopoulos was asked about the two Italian MP's who were awarded the citizenship of the (so called) Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. His answer was:
"Spoudaia ta lahana" which I believe translates to "lahana corvasi" in the Turkish Cypriot dialect and has the same meaning as the Greek expression.
The problem is, in another interview, some hours before, he said that this is a serious development. |
