Is anyone here on I-Choice? I am having huge problems on using FTP on my site, with speeds at a virtual stop. I contacted my host with a "tracert" record and they are insisting that its a router problem on my end causing me the hassles. If there is anyone here on I-Choice and can use FTP, would they mind checking for me please?

Hi all, I managed to get somebody to test this out for me using I-choice and they were getting similar results to me.
If anyone knows how to use FTP, would they be able to have a look for me please (people NOT on Ichoice now). This way, I will definitely know if it is a router problem at Cyta/Ichoice or if its down to my hosts. I'll know who to rip apart out of the two lol.

I know how to use FTP and am not on Ichoice (whatever that is?)

Very simple one, I've created an ftp account, (I'll PM you the details for it). All I need is to see if you can open up any php extention over 30kb in size.
Groupcp.php is a good one. Can you see if you can open it/edit it please? Don't worry about any files in there, its just a few random files I chucked in there. The upload speed seems ok to me, its just the download speed that is causing me problems :( |
