hi hazza, welcome....
just so that you know, my aunti has a coke addiction too....the coca cola sort!!
that is the only drink she has, morning, afternoon and night  ....no water, tea, coffee, juice, squash...nothing, just coca cola  . You are not alone...nor that wierd(compared to her!).
she actually keeps a can of coke in her car so that if people dont have any when she goes to their house, she always has one to hand...   how wierd is that!?!? |

Well, i havent introduced myself either yet!! oops!
so here it is..
I live in Croydon(S.London), have two younger brothers, and im 18. Im off to Uni next year where i will study European Studies(hist/cult/pol etc..) with French. Black hair, brown eyes, and im a bit overweight for my height(5feet7/8inches). i love food, music, my family and friends and i want eventually to live in cyprus. My grandpaerents(from Karpasia) moved over here well before cyprus was independant, and my parents were born in the UK, so i suppose that makes me the 3rd generation. I have an auntie in Larnaca, and the rest of my family live in the surrounding areas.
I dont really know what i want to do with my life at the moment, just to have fun, travel and i suppose do well at uni.
I really like languages, and although im restricted to french, english and (limited) greek, ive promised myself to teach myself swahili (after going on a trip to kenya this summer- it was great!!, one of those community things, help the poor people etc...as well as beach and safari). I also wanna learn turkish, greek(properly) and spanish, and if i have time, arabic would be cool also.
Ive been told im blunt about stuff, and can either be a straight talker, or not make any sense at all (but i think thats cos im a genius  -not understood in my own time   ) I can be well annoying too, but hey, i love it!
thats it folks!!(or what i can be bothered to say, suprising for me as people often are telling me to shut-up, i cant stop talking sometimes!!! ) |

That makes at least 2 of us. |

My turn..............
As you have probably already worked out my name is Marina, I'm 32 years old, 5 ft 10 with short brown hair (red at the moment!!) and dark brown eyes.
I have been happily married for 8 years and have two beautiful kids that I am totally in love with. My daugther is 2.5 and my son is 10 months old.
Having kids was a big decision for me so I decided to live life and have my babies when totally ready to commit to them, I had some people including my mother in law asking if I had a problem and did nt get pregnant on my honeymoon!!!! :?
My mum and dad are both refugees, I was 1.5 and my brother was born during the war!
After moving to England (Hertfordshire) my mum had another 2 kids, one boy and one girl so we are FOUR!!
We decided to move back to Cyprus when I was 19 but my brother did nt like it and went back to the UK, got married and bought a house in Enfield.
Mum's hoping that one day they'll move back as she's a very family person, I hope so too!
I'm a taurus and have a stubborn side, this has carmed down though since I have become a mum, I love food and drink, laughing, music and dancing (if I can get my little sister to baby sit!).
I love being loved, cuddles and good friends that I can enjoy some vodka with.
I work as a PA and office administator for an offshore company (which is now actually onshore!) and I've been here for 8 years now!!. I enjoy my job and get on with everyone in the office, this is important as we are at work most of the day and I could n't handle having problems there!!!
Anyway thats all I can really think about!! Hope you have nt fallen asleep. :? |

My turn...here we go
I was born in Limassol in 1958, and lived in Australia since 1962. I have been married for 23 years to an Australian lady and we have 2 teenage daughters. Yes the troublesome years.
I worked in the computer field and 17 years ago I founded my own company that manufatures VGA cards. And haven't looked back...I love the computer industry.
Through my own business I get to travel a lot, every month, mainly in Asia and the US...Which I looked forward to every month with out fail.
I have been to Cyprus in '95 and '96 for 3 days each time...not really enough time to enjoy the place, but I am waiting to go for a really holiday once the kids finish high school, within the next 2 to 3 years.
My Greek is not that good and the kids and the wife do not speak Greek, but I manage to talk my oldest daughter into studying Chinese. She has been studying Chinese for the last 5 years now and recently been to China for 2 weeks. She loved it
Anyway enough about me |
