Hi,
If you havn't already made the move I would strongly advise you NOT to buy from Leptos. If you can find an older Leptos property which has title deeds that is OK but Leptos are notorious for dallying over the title deeds because if you want to resell they will charge you a cancellation fee if the title deeds havn't been issued. Some people have Leptos properties which are 20 years old and still don't have deeds.
Leptos has been known to charge over 20K as a cancellation fee so of course it is in their interest to delay title deeds. What they are doing is illegal but they have so much power that they continue to get away with it. |
