We are getting new prices daily from developers who are now discounting completed ready to move into properties by in some cases as much as 30%.
I am sure that more developers will soon follow suit. |

If you mean interested in to buy you have misunderstood me. We sell properties, mainly in the Paphos area and this is why developers contact us. |

The problem is that there are far fewer peope buying here at the moment, as is the case in most places.
The developers owe a lot of money to the banks so they need to offload some of the properties they have been unable to sell.
Banks are giving the developer targets to meet to try to pay off their debts therefore they are doing all they can to encourage buyers.
This is definitely a good time to buy as there are bargains out there. |

I don't have a lot to do with Nicosia but I would be very surprised if there were not some good bargains there too.
I do know that one Paphos based developer that I know has properties in Nicosia and they are willing to do deal at this present time so I would imagine that that would also be the case for their properties in Nicosia.
However as Nicosia is more geared to locals it probably won't be as affected by the lack of foreign buyers as the coastal towns are. |
