I Was never a big part of this forum but loved it. I've been away and just come back and my favourite cyprus forum has all but died, what happend? did you all move somwhere else?
Anyway need some help...
I'm having a Cyprus night on Saturday for 9 friends mostly Cypriot and have decided to try and impress them with a meze Ive got some ideas but could do with more, so what are your favorite meze dishes |

...olives BBQed on sticks, and our famous halloumi on the grill, are crowd pleasers, as are koupepia and spanaxopita from the kitchen.
...serve a fresh yogurt from goats milk with your bourgouri, that will wow them, serve it with a lamb kleftiko.
lounza and zaladina are treats for those who like cold meats, pickled veggies, and peppers, with renga and sardines. |

I can not really speak for others but for my part I have a kind of cyprus problem fatigue. I no longer really participate on any cyprus based forum to any degree.
