We can now offer a part exchange scheme for selected Cyprus Properties against properties in the UK.
UK properties will be considered for exchange after evaluation.
Each case will be reviewed individually. Evaluation in the UK shall be done by a professional property valuer, assigned by the Developers.
Property in the UK should be of equal value or less than the property in Cyprus.
If UK property is more expensive, maximum refund is not to exceed 10%.
If property in Cyprus is more expensive than the UK property, loan up to 60% can be taken from a bank in Cyprus.
