OK, here's your chance, a 4000m2 ( 2.99 scales or donums) of residential land 90% build factor in the village of Kalavassos in the Larnaca district. It is possible to build 40 apartments on this plot.
Price only CypŁ250,000 (427,151 Euros) ovno.
Some corrections and additional information to previous ad.
1. the build density is 60% not 90% as stated
2. It is on a slope with breath taking views
3. Water, Electric, telephone all available
4. On an Asphalt road
5. Price revised to CypŁ200,000 ono (this is due to lower build density and slope)
6. No sea view, only mountain views.
