YOU do know what a Cypriot flag looks like?
Maybe most in Cyprus don't know because every time I am there I see the STUPID Greek and Turkish Flags!
There are probably more Greek and Turkish flags in Cyprus than in bloody Greece and Turkey!

Maybe they should of been berried next to Iaonidis and Papadopolos in Greece! |

Well Baghdadis had many chances to beat Hewitt BUT that's how the ball bounces: Better luck next year mate!
PS They showed me once on TV last night the others clowns with the Greek flags where shown many times!
Please remind me to buy some Cypriot flags next time I am in Cyprus!

My Brother was there last Night, he is like you, he cannot stand Greek flags and he was propably the only other holding the Cypriot flag. But I don't get it, why can't you just accept that people might have multiple identities. Marcos is Greek and he sais so, he is Greek living in Cyprus.

Saying the Greek Flag it is ok, but the Turkish flag, be careful you might be accused as racist.

As soon as we ALL accept that we are Cypriot ONLY the sooner we WILL get a solution!
You cant call an Aussie a Poms or a Canadian a Yank AND you cant call me a Greek? I am Cypriot who speaks Greek and I am an Aussie who speaks English!

Maybe we should send the Greek and Turkish flags BACK to where they belong! In Greece and Turkey!
BUT I will tell you a secret don't tell anyone!
The Greek and Turkish Flags are only there to remind the Cypriot who really DIVIDED Cyprus so we don't blame ourselves all the time!

...hell, i like flags. It's nice to see the flag of Cyprus in its place, like on government buildings, schools, and hospitals,...or in a sea of flags, and if their are a multitude of flags, that's good if they can all fly together...
I suppose dp if you can get to my funeral, will you drape my coffin proudly with the Canadian flag showing, and under it resting closer to my heart the flag of Cyprus... and if their must be the flag of Greece there, find a Turkish friend, a Union Jack, the Tricolore of France also, and someone who will fly the flags of the UN and the EU as well. |

BUT who will lift the coffin with so many flags?
I remember 2 quotes about flags!
1: When they shot that guy who tried to grab the Cypriot flag Clinton
"A piece of cloth is not equal to a life"
2: My Pommie mate Derek said" IF you get the British flag and turn it sideways and wrap it around your neck what do you get?"
I said what?
He said a BUTCHERS APRON!
