No I'm English, living in Ozankoy here in NC. The villa is my parents villa, they live in the UK and rent it out here. |

Ok I understand, but did your parents buy land that belonged to Cypriot refugees pre-1974? The reason I am asking is because legal owners of many real estate properties in the North of Cyprus are the refugees and those who bought the stolen properties for peanuts. |

Hi,
My parents bought Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus land for sure.
We checked this out very carefully before buying the land as we had heard of people buying what they thought was Turkish land but was really Greek land.
