Does anyone know of this NGO (The Association for Historical Dialogue and Research)? It is supposed to operate in both communities. Their website is rather poor but I would very much appreciate information about them.
Thanks.

Hi HBS,

Yes, the association for historical dialog and research is a very active NGO. They are currently developing the building just outside Ledra Palace for use of NGO's in Cyprus and also rooms for seminars and workshops.

They had a conference last Tuesday in Ledra palace that looked at the sociocultural aspects of the cyprop. Academics presented some interesting papers including a paper discussing the example of Northern Ireland.

They are looking for members if anyone is interested.

I'm interested but are they open to anyone or just historians?

Are you a member of that association? You returned to Cyprus recently right? I think I might be returning as well so we should keep in touch.

With so many spelling mistakes in my previous post, no wonder I didn't find a job!
