Cyprus participated on Wednesday for the first time in the worldwide synchronized breastfeeding campaign. A total of 54 mothers began simultaneous breastfeeding their babies at 10:00 local time (0700 GMT), when the synchronized breastfeeding campaign began all over the world.
Participating mothers in the campaign sent the message that breastfeeding is a gift of life for infants and babies.
The event took place in Nicosia and began with a speech by Minister of Health Costas Kadis, who said that the event points out the importance of breastfeeding. The state, he added, should give special attention to the increase of the level of awareness of different social groups about the advantages of breastfeeding.

I love breast feeding!
I wish I was breast fed everyday!
Hey with everyone on the forum ready to stick a knife for the name of Greece, Turkey and their so called heroes EOKA & TMT I thought I would through in something for fun!
Besides the real issue is!!!!!!!!!!!!
IF both parent don't work HOW can they have the materialistic junk that people want! Holidays, Plasmas, BMW ect ect;
Unless they jew off the old man! So many put there babies in a child center or even leave it with the grandmothers to raise: So blame society NOT the women who want to breast feed BUT need MONEY!
When I was a kid in Lapithos in 1966 my grandmother used to breastfeed the neighbors children as well as her own to help out! Ask someone and see that it was true! BUT NOW with Aids and drugs HOW can you give your kid to the next door neighbor to breast feed? He might end up on crack! cheers
PS I have a doctor mate of mine who used to take breast milk home to make coffee with! I had one with him and it was so sweet!
PS AGAIN!
My grandfather asked for breast milk to put a few drops in his eyes? He said it was the best medicine for his eyes Amazing!

I thought it was the Kansohiros! Hedge Hog!
