chicken ( we cut the meat into small pieces)
onions
carrots
mushrooms
celery
rice
soya
first of all, we cook onions after we cut them, into a frying-pan. then we put the chicken pieces, until they get browning. then we put into our pan, the carrots ( very small pieces), the celery and the mushrooms (also very small pieces). after a while we put the soya ( one teacup) on the pan. in the meantime we cook the rice and when the rice ready we put it into the pan with the other and we mix them. |
