Yes so will Turkey attack? Yes or NO!
Can they convince the US and the EU that is ONLY after the PKK Terrorists (Great Words I have heard them before somewhere) OR is Turkey worried about a Kurdish Nation starting to rise out of the ashes of Iraq!
So will Miss Rice "I love being in Kurdistan"stay calm?
Will all the Kurds in the world Unite?
OR Is this a ploy by the US and Israel to divided Turkey so that it will be easier to control and take orders like a good doggie?
(Indo and the Paki NEXT Maybe!)
So boys GRAB the popcorn and sit back and enjoy the show!
I don't think that the world will fall for the Turkish "Peace Operation" Bullshit it used in 1974 with Cyprus!
Also the weapons of mass destruction QUOTE is definitely a NO! NO!
What will the EU think of Turkey and its GUN HO! We have a right to defend OUR nation War CRY?
Well boys I hope Turkey attacks and gets what it deserves!
A Kurdish Nation!
If the 150,000 Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus are asking for recognitions and a nation WHY cant 10 million Kurds have one or TWO!
cheers!
PS Maybe Turkey is after the HUGE oil wealth of Kirkirk!
Never underestimate Politics my friend! |

Columnist in Hurriyet argues that Incirlik will soon not be indispensable for the U.S. since the worlds biggest airfield is under construction in N. Iraq
Under the title:
The worlds widest airfield in Arbil, HURRIYET newspaper (04.06.07) publishes the following article by Fatih Cekirge:
An airfield is being constructed in the Northern Iraq city of Arbil... But it is not just any old airfield.
It [referring to its runway] is five kilometres long, and 90 meters wide. These figures, which might strike non-pilots as normal, are in the language of aviation a gigantic criterion from the standpoint of "military strategy." Why?
Because in Turkey, and indeed in the world, there is no other airfield [runway] this wide.
And as for its length, even the length at the airport in Ankara is approximately four kilometres.
Cheers & GOD Bless America! DP! |

| Its a split vote!! depurple - im starting to disagree everything you say!!! No seriously. We need to look at the bigger picture here and where Turkey fits in. As Europe tries more and more to interact with the middle east, and it most certainly is because of the wealth and more than that, stability on its borders. Europe is going to befriend and make close allies where possible. On the front they have to be seen as strong but behind the scence's they make concessions. In one way I would hope that Turkey and the EU do a lot more business on strenghting relationsips but also on stability. On the other hand, I hate to see Turkey getting where it is going because its getting there by being a bully. I am in no doubt that we in Europe need Tukery on our side, we need a gateway to the middle east, but we need to be far more stringent with Turkey because Turkey is your typical saying...."give it an inch and they will take a mile"!! - However, Europe is prepared to give the mile, much to my dissapointment. Turkey and northern Iraw, I think Turkey has proved over the last 15 years that its interest in Northern Iraq has purely been the PKK, but over that time they have blown the PKK into prehistoric times so there has got to be more to it than that, I in my opinion they are afraid of the PKK using the democracy avenue now the the United States of Freedom led by MR Democracy himself is in iraq and so they need to fully postion themselsf a domininat force in the region. The life, thats history, every nation does it where possible. As for Turkey, it pisses me off. |

I don't understand what you are saying mate?
Are you with Turkey?
Against Turkey Or don't know about Turkey?
With me it is simple: When Turkey becomes a European thinking country one day the WELCOME mat will be waiting for Turkey:
BUT when Turkey has no respect or freedom for any minorities like the EU has and expects to join the EU?
Forget it mate!
When you are in Turkey next ask the Kurds, Armenian and Greeks living in Turkey what they think BUT be-careful cause BIG brother will be watching!
Cheers!

I am against turkey in its current form and in this current era. I hope that is clear. I think we in Europe are benifiting hugely from turkey already as are they from us yet the eu says that they might prospone negotiations and all this other load of B*llsh*t. I used to work in international trade for a bank and I could not believe the concesions the eu has made for turkey to export to europe. The only country not in the eu that can trasnport goods to the eu without all the proper paper work that is required by all the other nations. why? I cant answer that, I cant understand that and most of all, why should a nation so corrupt and more interested in using its fists rather than its mouth be allowed to have such pleasures within the EU. I agree with what you say. |
