Maybe I'm thinking too deep here but it would be great if there was "Mark all read" button for each user. I usually cannot log the site during the week days. When I come back on the weekend, every topic is marked as new for me. If there was a "mark all read" button, I could click on it and I could get a fresh start. From then on, I can see what's really new on the weekend.
This would be good for people going on vacation too. They come back from the vacation, click on "mark all read", all topics are marked as read, then they can start following the real new topics from then on.
Does this make sense? |

Certaintly does mete and there is already such a button :)
On the front page in between the mian forum list and the 'who is online' section there is a 'mark all forums as read' link. Click on that and your wish is granted.
There is also a seperate 'mark all thread as read' link at the top of each section (like Cyprus Problem is one section).
Hope this helps |
