I think Turkish army is needed on the island but there's no need to have 30-40K soldiers as it is today. Almost every corner is a military zone in the north and it's simply not needed. I'd like to see some reduction of troops on both sides of the island and hopefully no significant military presence after a solution. After all, Turkey is only 50 miles away and Turkey is quite capable of defending Turkish Cypriots very quickly and effectively even from its bases in southern Turkey.

I actually wanted Tpap to get a frickin nose job but that would be no good unless he had a brain transplant at the same time, i have voted for the mainland soilders to stay and if you ask why, well Tpap and his cronies signed a millitary agreement with France today which really goes against the grain when you are supposedly looking for a solution and demilliterisation is meant to be on the agenda and also i have never and never will trust Tpap and always expect the worst from him thus we are safer with 'mehmetcik' in the north till he is long gone and buried.

Voted reduction of forces, but only as part of a deal, not a good will concession where we sit on our our ass and what for Tpap to show some good will of his own.

Well I'm not allowed to vote on any of the first four options for obvious reasons so I voted for the much needed nose job :)

What absolute rubbish this issue has become .
The army will leave when a solution has been achieved and not before because the Tpap Gov cannot be trusted and they are the only thing stopping the dream of Enossis being achieved by the nationalistic Greek cypriot |

What? No choice for nose job and hair transplant. Peace will never come unless there is give and take.
