I heard that Greek Cypriot can claim their properties in the North, provided that they are prepared to live in it, respecting Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus rules and laws, they would be free to do so regardless of a solution.

If that happens indiscriminately then it means that Greek Cypriots will be residents and citizens of the North.

So here is the plan:
1. all Greek Cypriot refugees return to their properties, or at least claim them through the EUHR. When all the refugees return,
2. the Republic of Cyprus recognises the North which as an independent State it will be entitled to enter the EU. Of course as independent State, the North will desire to enter the EU, therefore there will be a need for some significant changes such as Dimilitarisation by a foreign power (maybe) or respect for the human rights according to EU.
3. The North enters the EU, so there is freedom of movement and people will be able to live wherever they like.
4. Lot’s of Turkish Cypriots and especially Turkish settlers will go everywhere in Europe in search for better standards. Greek Cypriots replace them in the North as Greek Cypriots will move to the North for the sense of belongingness and will get involved with the government etc
5. As Cyprus will be in the EU, Turkey will not have the right to scratch our balls, and as Greek Cypriots will be numerically about the same as Turkish Cypriots, using the right of self-determination we will be able to re-unite Cyprus the way it happened in Germany between east and west.
6. There is a creation of a unitary state
