Ok, so here it is, im not really a computer buff like you guys in this section of the forum.
I have a question, and wonder if you may know what the problem is.
When i turn on the computer(Windows XP), it will load, but sometimes (every few startups) i will get onto my user account (its the family computer) and it will load but then it will suddenly restart. When it starts up again, it can occasionaly do it again, but we get one of those 'severe problem' things Windows has, that automatically asks you to send a report via the net.
Does that mean i have a virus or something? or spyware/adware?
We have been told it could be dust making it restart, but we cleaned it recently and it has started playing-up again.
Its bloody annoying!!!
We use Spybot S&D, Adaware and Norton Antivirus for our virus stuff....are they good ones or would different ones be better?
