| Hey, I watched The Pursuit of Happyness last weekend and it's a wonderful movie. It's touching and inspirational. The fact that it's a real life story made it all better. I recommend it. |

The movie is a true story of a man named Christopher Gardner who
overcame insurmountable odds in life and became a very successful
broker in Wall Street. It is an inspirational movie without failing to neglect the soft spot of the poor in the man. Gardner shows his goodwill and determination by helping the needed people of South Africa. According to his Biography. I quote:
"Which is why, on this October day, Gardner keeps working those phones.
It's why he's already begun writing his next book. It's why he's in talks with several networks about doing a primetime show, and why, earlier this year, he sold a minority stake in Gardner Rich to a major hedge fund. But most of all, it's why he's about to close a second round of financing -- reportedly to launch a private-equity fund focused solely on investments in South Africa."

| If watch at the very end when his walking down the road with his son, you'll see the real Chris Gardner in a cameo role walking by in a suit. |

Agreed. It could too easily have been hideously sentimental and cloying but, somehow, it managed to avoid that ... |
