Putting my legal hat on ... since when did someone becoming a suspect in a murder case lead to the Internet content they produced being deleted?
I had a look at the MySpace Ts & Cs and, based on the content, which was singularly bland, the only possible justification for it being deleted is the classic get-out clause:

(7.1) MySpace.com may delete any Content that in the sole judgment of MySpace.com [...] may be offensive ...
Apologies if this reads as pedantic, but I dislike pre-emptive judgements. There is not even a charge, never mind a verdict! |
