Hi,
I was thinking about creating a topic and see if you would like to learn a little Icelandic tounge, since I'm from Iceland and I live there I can teach you a few words and sentence, I speak Icelandic but I have to write english here for you to understand me. :)
I'm just gonna' check how many want to learn and I'll teach you something, you can also come with words from english or sentence and I can translate them to Icelandic and teach you ;)
Now who wants to learn a new language? ;) |

Hi Stoverus! Welcome to the forum :) I would love to learn more about your language. I think it will be best if you create a new thread under General Chat (unless the Site Mods kindly move this one for you)...
Perhaps we can teach you Turkish and Greek in exchange for Icelandic ;) |

| I am no prude but there is a time and a place for everything.. I don't think this is an appropriate way to welcome a new member to our forum..especially one who has tried to engage with us.. |

The german for moody cow is: Launische kuh
So Icelandic must be something like: Kjlaunische kuhjo
Although I think kuhjo was a big scary killer dog.   |
