In the major countries of western Europe, Firefox is most popular in Germany. In June, market researchers at WebSideStory found that the Mozilla Foundation's stand-alone Web browser has a 26.8 percent share of the market in Germany. Internet Explorer made up 65.04 percent of the market, with all other Web browsers (such as Safari, Opera, and Netscape, which were not itemized) collectively making up 8.16 percent. In their statistics, the market researchers also provide figures for France (Firefox 14.89%, Explorer 82.27%), Italy (Firefox 12.46%, Explorer 84.76%), Spain (Firefox 9.6%, Explorer 88.12%), and Great Britain (Firefox 8.82%, Explorer 88.78%). This is also the order in which the use of Firefox decreases and the use of Microsoft's Web browser increases....................

well i am using the fox too.
after you get used to it, its as good...if not better

I am currently using Flock which is based on Firefox. It is remarkably good - when I read all the stuff about "aiding social networking" I thought it would the the first pretentious Web browser ;)

In fact, it fixes most of the weak points of Firefox (proper RSS reading rather than the poor "live bookmarks"; much better bookmark handling; big improvements to searching) without having to install extensions ...
